Your new company has been going through a growth period, causing them to look towards the future and bringing on a Cadet to build the team. 

Your New Role:

In your new role as a Cadet you will

• Assist with on-site activities, gaining hands-on experience in construction processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with experienced team members to support project coordination, document management, and effective communication within the construction team.
• You will be involved in procurement, tendering, and all stages of the construction process
• Develop problem-solving skills by addressing challenges that arise during the construction process and proposing viable solutions.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
In order to succeed, you:

• Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree Construction Management, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Construction related software (highly regarded but not necessary) and a basic understanding of construction principles

• Will have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, demonstrating a strong desire to contribute to the success of construction projects.
