Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, working in a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Effectively collaborating with Site Supervisors/Managers to ensure builds are completed on time and within advised budget.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Attend construction meetings and implement improvements.
- Provide continuous training and ongoing support to the team members
What you will bring to the role
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Manager, preferably Medium Density.
- Strong ability to manage a team and meet KPIs.
- Having managed a team of minimum 4+ supervisors/site managers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge across planning, managing, handling budgets, contracts, estimating etc
