We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
Yama Projects is a family-owned building/construction company based in Nelson Bay, NSW. We are a close-knit team with an established local trade base. Your role within our company will involve the management of all phases of the Construction Project.
Responsibilities include:
- Being across all scope of works.
- Effective time management of projects.
- Project budget control.
- Maintain and manage communication with clients, trades, suppliers, and other team members.
- Safety management.
- Project quality assurance.
- Managing changes and variations of projects.
- Potential for expansion into project estimation and procurement.
Candidates qualifications/skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Australian citizen with a valid driver's licence.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Knowledge of current construction compliance and processes.
- Project estimating experience would be highly valued but not necessary.
- Computer literacy working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Proficient problem solver.
