Our client carries out Construction, Fit-out, and Refurbishment work to the value of $50m in a broad range of areas.
With offices in all Major Cities in Australia, they have been established for over 20 years delivering projects for clients across Education, Health, Hospitality, Retail, Office, and Community.
With a positive forecast and growth in the regional NSW office, they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver current projects and be part of their future growth.
To be shortlisted for this opportunity you will have experience of:
- A degree in Construction Management or related qualification
- Be experienced in procurement, planning, forecasting, budget control, variations, value engineering
- Experience across private and public related projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac and Procure
- A proven track record of finishing multiple projects on time and budget
- Had experience of working for a tier 1 or 2 business
- Been responsible for project managing developments in excess of £30m in value
- Be passionate about construction
- Enjoy mentoring teams

- Can work independently, be proactive and be innovative
