We are presenting the role of Project Manager for an individual who may have previous experience or would like the opportunity to learn from a highly skilled team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This unique opportunity exists whereby RJA are open to an experienced Project Manager or an individual with no particular experience, who would welcome the opportunity to learn through our internal Development Program.
As a Project Manager, you will learn to plan, lead and manage the delivery of projects from start to finish. You will organise and oversee construction procedures to ensure they are completed in an efficient manner. Success in the role will come from being driven and meticulous across all aspects of your work, with a motivation for continual improvement. Working with international luxury brands your goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, according to requirements, and reflect the superior level of quality and service that RJA is known for.

REQUIREMENTS
• A thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn.
• High school graduate or tertiary education is desirable however not required.
• Alternate trade qualifications also desirable.
• Availability to travel and have a flexible approach to working hours.
• Drivers Licence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Project Manager, your role will also include:
- Contract administration
- Overall project management
- Client consultation and internal/external stakeholder management
- Budgeting and reporting
- Site inspections, tool box talks and site set-outs
