Position: Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Construction Projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including workplace health and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner, mitigating risks and minimizing disruptions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards and specifications.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years’ proven experience in Construction Project management, preferably in the concrete construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
