The Role:
Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to enhance their team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate a skilled team's efforts to transform recent business achievements into ready-to-launch Construction Projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing all pre-construction facets of these significant developments.
  
Duties will include 

• Working closely with the design/development team
• Project Feasibility
• Liaison with external consultants authorities, and cost teams
• Project management planning
• Risk management
• OH/S reporting
• Cost planning and financial reporting
• Tender evaluation
• Project reporting
• Overall management of the team

To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Required qualifications in the Property and Construction industry, such as Construction Management or an Engineering equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience of over five years in construction, property, or infrastructure sectors, preferably in a comparable role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and outcomes.
• Highly organized, capable of managing and delivering on multiple deadlines and priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian construction industry, adept at navigating complex design and engineering challenges, including those in active environments.
• Professional demeanour with maturity and credibility, comfortable engaging with executive-level individuals.
• A proactive thinker and planner who evaluates their performance.
