SalaryRegional Migration Australia Apex Greenhouses are seeking to appoint a number of qualified and experienced Construction Project Managers to join our growing team for projects all over Australia, on a full-time basis. Benefits Competitive remuneration of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum + superannuation. Fully maintained vehicle.

Task & Responsibilities You’ll have the opportunity to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the construction of our exciting upcoming projects whilst working within a dynamic and innovative team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the coordination and prioritisation of resources across projects.
Assessing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Coordinating resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment. Consultation with Engineers and other professional and technical experts and tradesmen.
Managing links between projects and monitoring overall time, cost, quality, budget and risk. Negotiations with key stakeholders throughout the project. Developing tender bids and documentation.
Liaison with suppliers located in the Netherlands. Managing adherence to legislation and standards. Managing submission of plans to local authorities and liaising with stakeholders regarding inspections.
Leading and managing the human resources element of the project incl. managing subcontractors, delegation of responsibilities, project man hours etc. Qualification & Experience
The ideal candidates for these opportunities will have: A Bachelors’ Degree or higher (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Greenhouse construction sector. Ability and willingness to travel, working a 3-1 roster. Projects are always located in varied and remote locations.
Ability to speak and/or communicate in the Dutch language will be highly regarded however not essential (to enable communications with Netherland based suppliers and project leaders). Highly developed leadership and project management skills. Experience in the various responsibilities listed above.
Demonstrated strong commitment to excellence and quality. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to comply with accreditation/compliance as appropriate to level.
Demonstrated ability to organise and manage own routine and workload. Ability to work effectively, respectfully and collegially in a team environment. Ability to write and speak English in a way that supports clear communication with clients and colleagues and government investigative bodies.
