About the JOB
We are seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Construction Project Manager to join our SA headquarter. This role required the candidate to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate solar construction of engineering projects, and all resources involved in the construction process.
Success in this role will enable you to be responsible with the following duties:
- Providing Construction Management and delivery input into the late stage development, including assisting the preparation of final capital budgets and construction schedules, providing input into key subcontract scopes and contracts
- Managing budgets and scheduling of the work and resources
- Engaging with stakeholders to coordinate expertise and support for projects in accordance with project contract.
- Executing the Construction Project in line with project standards and procedures, make sure project strategic goals are met
- Leading site coordination meetings to ensure a common understanding of the site issues, and priorities
- Developing and managing project communications at all levels.
- Managing change and variation of the projects
- Maintaining a comprehensive and well-organised set of project records.
- Managing project Quality in all areas
- Developing OHS and legislation compliance systems to manage safety and quality assurance on site
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, technicians, tradesman and subcontractors; and monitor their work to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
- Knowledge and experience in Solar Construction Projects
- Experience for whole of project responsibilities - production, reporting, commercial, Safety, Environment and leading a diverse team to execute the program.
What we offer
Annual Salary $110,000 to $150,000 for 38 hours per week, plus superannuation
