Tasks & responsibilities

• Planning of projects to ensure that the set standards of safety, ISO 9001 Quality System, environmental management and client satisfaction are met perfectly on the construction site throughout the project
• Manage all labour and sub-contractors by locating, evaluating and selecting sub-contractors and then directing, monitoring and evaluating their performance
• Regularly monitor, record and report progress and quality to Subcontractors with company supplied software and quality documentation
• Liaise regularly with client on an agreed program to update project status and monitor client satisfaction
• Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements
• Meet construction budget by monitoring projects expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Enhances organiation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
