The role will be offered on 8/6 DIDO basis from Perth only and commencing immediately.
The role will be responsible for supervising various tradespeople & liaising with key stakeholders.
The role is pivotal to our client's operation, facilitating vital services through the planning, coordination, and management of our client's construction projects.
The successful must have:
- Current WA C Class drivers License.
- Solid understanding of various methods of construction.
- Experience assessing and managing safety hazards and ability to drive safety culture.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Drive to be a team player in an open and honest environment.
- Determination to deliver remarkable customer service, whilst managing multiple projects at any one time
- Outstanding attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-level finish/quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Extremely organised with superior time management & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst being a proactive and a confident decision maker.
- Current NPC.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
