Description & RequirementsA Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from initial sales discovery through to configurational design and implementation of Pathway-based solutions
- Contribute to the goals, objectives and priorities of the Pathway IBU
- Ensures a level of quality in solution consulting, design, training and delivery
- Applies alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate
- Ability to review and interpret high-level business/user requirements and map that to configuration and/or training requirements
- Identifies and documents designs and specifications
- Communicates designs to the project team and conducts the design review process
- Conducts product configuration & training
- Provides domain knowledge/product knowledge to and as a subject matter expert on Pathway to support groups such as marketing, documentation, training, support, field services and clients. This includes being an expert on the business processes, designs and specifications that are within their respective area
- Ability to lead presentations on designs/product features to customers (internal and external
- Contribute non-functional and integration/interface responses to tender responses and proposals
- Assist in the creation of delivery plans, estimates and project timelines
- Engage with customers at the request of the Account Executives, Client Partners, Project Managers, Services Manager or Solution Delivery Manager
- Confirms the scope of the delivered solution reflects the end-to-end design agreed in the sales cycle and highlight deviations from scope to the customer and internally within Infor
- Review and provide input to the quotations and statements of work as requested
- Work on projects in a highly collaborative model with Infor consultants, partners and clients
- Understand and challenge current business processes and propose possible solutions to the customers' business issues
- Recommend services revenue opportunities - such as training programs, consulting or integration engagements which the team could offer to enhance customer success
- Work closely with client stakeholders and/or partners to define and document client specific business needs and requirements
- Develop and collaborate on project deliverables such as project plans, process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents
- Contribute to Pathway process enhancement initiatives, including the further development of re-useable documents, tools, and artefacts
- Lead and contribute to functional working sessions, providing scoping direction, design and testing as required of new integration deliverables and technical changes
What You Will Need:- Preferred experience in the Local Government Industry
- Preferred but not essential, 5 years of application software consulting in the ERP space
- Experience in SaaS software solutions is highly preferred
- Strong process and business requirements analysis experience
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
- High degree of collaboration and focus on team working
- Must be completely fluent in English (written and oral)
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated and able to work and make decisions independently
- Bachelor Degree preferred, relevant work experience will be considered
- Flexibility to travel as required in accordance with Infor's HR and Travel policies
