We're on the hunt for a BMC Helix Consultant to join a major software solution provider specializing in geospatial information systems (GIS) on a 6-month contract, all while enjoying the perks of a remote working setup!
Role Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and collaborate on business processes.
- Design and configure BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
- Customize applications, forms, and workflows to align with requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for implementing and optimizing BMC Helix ITSM.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Extensive experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM implementation and administration.
- Consultative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
