- Assisting the FMC team with finance function advisory services and transformation projects including process improvement, finance/ERP system selection and improvement, finance team structure reviews and financial governance;
- Preparation and/or development of financial, management and project reporting (including general purpose financial statements);
- Establishment of a new entity’s finance and corporate functions;
- From time to time, acting in an insourced role as part of a client’s team.

About the teamOur FMC team is well established and uniquely positioned within the market. We provide a hands-on delivery that focuses on the uplifting and transformation of our clients’ financial management, accounting and finance governance practices and functions.We work with Board’s, CEO’s, CFO’s and various organisations, providing advice and support for their business.
