About the Role:
We are looking for people who would like to work to enhance the lives of community members. Currently looking to fill either Couple or Single to be consultants in our community of Ali Curung, Tennant Creek and Mutitjulu.
Core duties:
• Work to create opportunities for our clients.
• Deliver an individualised service to each client.
• Work with each person in a culturally appropriate strengths-based model to supports them to achieve their goals.
• Meet the compliance requirements associated with CDP contract.

About you:
You need to understand that the administrative/computer skills are key elements for these roles, but you also will need to have:
• The ability to identify aspirations & motivation.
• Have good communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals and groups.
• Able to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies from culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Able to manage time and workloads effectively to meet business priorities in a challenging environment.
• Understanding of barriers to employment that effect someone who is on unemployment allowance.
• Be self-motivated and creative in the workplace.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Able to demonstrate high level of professionalism, compliance and attention to detail.
• Knowledge/experience of the Community Development Program or Employment Service industry
• Have a good knowledge of Work, Health & Safety policies.
• Able to follow direction and follow guidelines.
