Our client is a global FMCG company, who is seeking immediate support to join their Consumer Care team on a part-time basis (25hrs per week). This is a great opportunity to take the leap from Retail into an office environment role.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for consumers regarding product complaints and enquiries through all direct channels (phone, webform, email and social media).
- Organise replacement stock for customers
- Maintain accurate records of all consumer contacts in the database
- Ensure all complaints are processed to the customer's satisfaction and upholding brand reputation.
- Keep a detailed log of all incoming and outgoing mail

- Part time position - Monday to Wednesday - with a hybrid model.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
