The Role: Director Central Contact Centre
- Lead the establishment of a central Contact Centre from the ground up, keeping the customer at the heart of every decision you make
- Focus on the development of processes and systems that support customer satisfaction.
- Provide reporting on customer interactions, proactive and reactive
- Provide engagement, coaching and leadership to central Contact Centre staff
- Provide training to support staff
- Work with Marketing and Communications to support campaigns, providing support on key success measures
- Provision of customer insights from calls being taken from central Contact Centre
- Embed continuous improvement culture across centre
About you
- We’d love to find someone who has established and run a Contact Centre previously, however, we would also love to hear from ambitious call centre leaders who are ready to challenge themselves.
- You’ll need high emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong, authentic relationships with people across the business as well as vendors and suppliers.
- As a minimum you would have run a call centre previously and understand the complexities of how a call centre operates in terms of systems and processes.
- Experience of working with a CRM implementation will be advantageous
