About the position:
An exciting opportunity has been made available for an experienced Content Coordinator to join our brand and content team at our Melbourne Head Office. In this role, you will support the team with the creation and publication of high-quality photo and video content that resonates with our clients.
Working closely with our creative team you will develop engaging visual assets, manage content calendars, and ensure that our brand messaging is consistent across all platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a knack for visual communication, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review video scripts to identify and document required supporting content.
- Search through photo and video archives to find content that fits the brief.
- Responsible for the organisation of digital assets ensuring they are regularly accessible and systematically stored.
- Perform quality control checks on visual content, ensuring it meets company standards and is consistent with the brand.
- Review edited photos and videos and provide clear and detailed revision notes for the editor.
- Coordinate assets and publish YouTube videos.
- Provide continuous support to the brand and content team, including assisting on shoots as required.
- Administrative tasks as required.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience in a content administration or coordination role, digital asset management, or similar role.
- Familiarity with video and photo editing processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
- It would also be helpful if you had experience in the jewellery or fashion industry, and had knowledge of YouTube content publishing.
