About the Role
Based in our office/showroom space in Marrickville. In this role you will work within our Marketing team to create social media content that engages, informs, and inspires, and aligns with our brand and company values. The role is a permanent, full-time position based on-site, in our showroom/office space in Marrickville.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with our Marketing team across multiple brands to produce engaging, brand-consistent content tailored to multiple platforms
- Research industry trends and competitors to ensure content is relevant and valuable to our target audience
- Photo editing and use of in-app platforms & design apps, as well as planning, filming and editing videos
- Create, manage & drive our content calendar to ensure a consistent, timely brand presence
- Foster a strong community presence on various platforms by responding to comments and messages
- Integrate SEO best practices into content creation, including keyword research and optimisation
- Track and report content performance metrics and insights
- Maintain an organised content library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets for the marketing team
About you
- Ability to craft content ranging from short form TikTok and Reels to insightful interviews and educational pieces that encapsulate our brand vision
- Great communication skills, self motivated, and a team player
- Organisation skills, and ability to problem solve
- Experience in creating, producing and scheduling social media content, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok
- Experience using video editing apps - inshot, capcut, etc
- An eye for detail and design
- Able to stay ahead of trending content in both IG, Tik Tok & Meta Ads
- Able to manage a multi-faceted and fast-paced role
- Able to work autonomously & learn the business to be the expert in the content field
