AddressGin Gin & Dry are seeking an experienced manager for our quality dried fruit facility. Although experience within the industry is not a requirement, experience with organisational planning and staff management is.
It is a hands on role with duties including, but not limited to:
- Operational Setup
- Rostering and production flows
- Keeping records of all processes and QA systems
- Ensuring OHS practices are followed
- Ensuring the facility is at the highest cleanliness standard
- Maintaining high quality and efficient output
- Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
- Direct and manage operational staff
- Inducting, assessing and directing new staff
To be Successful
- Ability to manage conflicting demands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems
- Sound knowledge of OHS Systems
- Understanding the basics of maintenance
- Understanding of efficiency outputs
- Experience with drying fruits not essential
