As a member of the Site Leadership team, this position provides technical support to Operations of the Clayton Manufacturing Plant. The successful candidate will be able to perform the following tasks (but not limited to):
- Enhancing employee's technical capability and workforce transformation program via T&D plan
- Recommend and assist site on value improvement processes and ensuring site Operational Master plan is aligned with it
- Promote data culture by enhancing site digitalization and automation competency via digital roadmap
- Firm grip on all functional TPM pillars and guiding direct and indirect reports to lead them
- Lead the CI Team deploying JTE program. A focused on the delivery of sites JTE Phase map strategic plan with regular updates through JTE steering meeting, and a health check via JTE audits. Lead FI Pillar
- Lead, budget and manage strategic improvement initiatives and associated projects that support business growth and strategies
- Contribute and support plant leadership teams' strategic program
- Degree qualified preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working in manufacturing operations preferable in FMCGs
- Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills in recommending and calibrating technology change, design modification and process and network optimization
- High level of mastery in Lean Six Sigma principles, TPM, Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness
- Proven experience of leading management and non-management teams
- Understand JTE foundations and McCormick SC transformation strategy
- Proven ability to analyze data as well as develop and interpret metrics to identify trends and develop improvement strategies
- Handled budget and led CapEx and OpEx based projects for site growth and performance
- Proven experience in running site strategic plans and programs and related change management
