Continuous Improvement Manager

Leading their industry sector in quality and safety, this proud Australian company is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their largest most sophisticated facility in Regional Victoria.

The Role
 
Reporting to the site manager, your core focus will be to oversee and drive the continuous improvement process. It is your responsibility to improve upon, implement and drive world-class manufacturing standards and methods to increase productivity and processes. This will help the plant embark on an Operational Excellence journey.

Skills & Experience

• Culturally you will bring passion, hunger and enthusiasm combined with LEAN Continuous Improvement skills. Strong focus on process flow analysis, waste mapping, process improvement boards, driving improvement projects and implementation of other KPI’s related to C/I initiatives for the plant.
• You will be people and safety-focussed, able to listen and form constructive plans and confident in facilitating operational improvements.
• Tertiary qualified in manufacturing, engineering, Lean, Six Sigma or a related discipline.
• You will possess a proven track record in Continuous Improvement preferably from a mid to large-scale fast moving food manufacturing environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive FMCG with a track record of success.
