Job DescriptionWork in paradise with panoramic office views spanning coastline to hinterland, supporting a dynamic team focused on creating the opportunity for holidays and memories to last a lifetime.
You will be part of the management team on the Gold Coast Sales Deck, with responsibilities across a geographically spread operation. You will be responsible for the managing of all administration functions and office management of the Sales offices, to ensure a smooth operation of the administrative function.

Your Role:
- Accurately prepare contracts and finance documentation on an on-going basis
- Provide training and assist the sales team to ensure compliance with regards to documentation
- Manage all administrative functions within the Sales Offices
- Ensure accurate data entry of records of all customers
- Prepare and distribute daily Sales reports
- Liaise with the Corporate Offices, building relationships with the multi department teams
Your Skills and Experience Includes:
- You have a proven track record of successfully providing administrative management services
- Well-developed time management and administrative skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in agile workplace
- You are dynamic and flexible in how you operate
- You take pride in everything you do, demonstrating your comprehensive reporting, computer and administrative skills
