In this role you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and includes maintaining the contracts management process, asset procurement and management, liaising with external subcontractors and expense controls. Key responsibilities:Ensure all agreements are compiled in a clear and concise manner, consistent with any negotiated and / or approved position, and are executed by subcontractors or the like prior to commencing works.Ensure all sub/contracts are scanned into the system and ensure documents are securely stored in accordance with business protocols.Provide support to the project team for the effective management of subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements)Ensure the ongoing compliance by subcontractors with all subcontract terms in conjunction with the project team.Maintain, review and manage a register of subcontract variations, receipts and tracking of budgets for Construction ProjectsAssisting in expense management, including obtain quotations and raising purchase orders.Assisting the End User Services team with maintain database of service account information and inventory of assets, monitoring usage and reporting on accounts for billing and issue management.Assist ICT Management with month-end financial processes, as needed.About You:Relevant tertiary degree in administration desirable but not necessaryRelevant experience in an administration focused roleExperienced or demonstrated capability in working Microsoft Office applications and medium level complex applications.Prior experience within the construction industry will also be advantageous.Advanced Excel skillsConcur Invoice, Travel, and Expense experience.experience in CHEOPS (or other finance system)
