Contract Administrator | $200M Commercial Tower

Leading Commercial Tier 1 Builder seeks an experienced Contract Administrator for a $200m Commercial Tower in Melbourne's east.This established organization has been operating for over 30 years working across Australia on projects valued up to $500M.As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administration of the project HSE system

To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will require:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia
• Large scale multi-res / commercial experience is a must
• CHEOPS software experience will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of VIC construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
