Form of workA great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Bayu Undan Project team. This position offers a unique opportunity to achieve a healthy work life balance while making a significant impact on our project. This role reports to and is a key support to the Commercial Lead.

We provide asset support solutions encompassing asset management and modifications, shutdowns and turnarounds, general maintenance, operations support services and decommissioning.
Your focus will include:
- Ensure that contract documentation, contract rates and price breakdowns are up to date.
- Maintain the subcontract filing system and ensure all variations and amendments are correctly filed.
- Maintain the subcontract register ensuring registration, insurances and alike are up to date and correctly filed.
- Focal point for subcontract pre-qualification documentation.
- Assist where required in preparing tenders for new work.
- Assist where required in reviewing submitted tenders.
- Review and update Commercial / Supply Chain documents in line with the document review schedule.
- Assist Commercial Lead in the effective execution of the overall Commercial function.
- Assist in preparing various management reports.
- Participate in audits as required.
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Contract Management, Commerce, Law, etc.) from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant commercial experience
- Minimum three years in a similar role
- Demonstrated advanced Excel experience
- Experience with Oracale preferable
