Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts
- Manage subcontractor agreements and variations
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
