Contract Administrator

The Role
As Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in bringing the organisation and clients' visions to fruition. Your key responsibilities will include simultaneously administering and negotiating contracts in line with agreed terms, coordinating multiple projects, tracking costs, and expenditures and budgeting. As a crucial team player, you will proactively assess any issues that may arise and address them professionally and accordingly. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop an open line of communication to ensure ultimate satisfaction and compliance with discussed terms.
 
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Contract Administrator position and ideally a tertiary qualification in Construction Management. Whilst these are favourable traits, professionals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply. Your prior experience will be complemented by exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills, driving your ability to contribute to the organisation and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will have the confidence, drive and foresight to problem solve within a supportive team.
