Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities under Project Manager supervision.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including client liaison and compliance.
- Utilise project management software like Jobpac for documentation and tracking.
- Participate in tendering, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
- Perform on-site contract administration, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Australian construction contract administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in contract management principles, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Effective liaison with internal and external parties to resolve contractual issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple contracts concurrently.
- Experience with Jobpac or similar software required.
