ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Contracts & Impound Unit, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate databases and registers, proactively identify process improvements, and assist with the development of standard operating procedures
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on a variety of information and data sharing topics, ensuring seamless business activities
- Manage administrative tasks for strategic meetings and working groups, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly
- Contribute to inventory control and claims administration, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to resolve issues and ensure compliance with impound and forfeiture legislation
- Manage the distribution of funds from vehicle disposals and ensure impounded property is stored and managed in accordance with regulations

- Proven experience in procurement, contracts, and operational environments within a large organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on positive customer service and conflict resolution
- High level of integrity, drive, and initiative with the ability to work independently and under pressure
