Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for working on Social infrastructure projects ranging from $5m-$75m and be responsible for;
- Preparing scopes of work
- Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
- Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
- Progress payments.
- Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator/ Project Coordinator in the commercial space.
- Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
- $90K-$140K salary package
- Highly regarded commercial builder
- Bendigo location
