About the Role
- Oversee tender functions to maintain procurement integrity
- Prioritise timely progression of investments after reviewing tender materials;
- Address queries & ensure timely closure of tenders;
- Conduct due diligence checks on responses;
- Prepare evaluation materials and escalate integrity concerns;
- Support PMO team with contract drafting and purchase orders; and
- Foster positive relationships and collaboration with stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in tender publishing, contract management, business administration or project management highly regarded;
- High attention detail is necessary;
- Ability to work with competing priorities and maintain critical timelines/deadlines; and
- Works collaboratively with others and can effectively liaise with a range of key stakeholders.
