They have secured major new projects in Brisbane, spanning the latest in infrastructure, high rise residential, health and retail. The company provides independent project management, dispute and development management as well as Project Programming services across the construction industry.
They have an opening for a Contract Administrator/Junior PM to work on a range of commercial projects that will shape the South East Queensland skyline. You will be required to manage the client/head contract and ensure the fulfilment of all conditions. This is a hands on role and would suit a CA from a head contractor who wishes to move Client Side.
On offer is the chance to work alongside some of the brightest talent in QLD construction and the opportunity to move into a client PM role away from the hard dollar environment.
To be successful in this role you will have experience on commercial projects over $10m with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. A salary package between $100k-$150k will be negotiated to ensure a high calibre appointment.
