About the Role
The Directors of the company are passionate, progressive and above all professional and as part of their next stage of growth they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team and assist in the delivery of these projects. As CA for your first project, you will look after a luxuruy hotel project in Metro Melbourne.
Duties
As a Contracts Administrator with this group your responsibilities will include:
- Tendering, negotiating and letting package with sub-contractors
- Submission and approval of RFI’s, EOT’s and Contract Variations
- Certifying and Processing Sub-Contractor Progress Claims
- Cost Forecasting and Reporting
- Preparing OH&S Site Documentation
- Liaison with Architects, Engineers, Superintendents and Building Surveyors
- Quality Assurance
Only candidates with the following experience and qualifications will be considered;
Applicants are sought who have a strong appreciation of building methodology, tertiary qualifications in building/construction, and 3+ years experience in the industry and similar non EBA Apartment project experience.

Salary package is dependent upon experience, but is envisaged to be in the $100k-$160k range.
