My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to play a pivotal role in the successful management of their contracts, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution and close-out.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure contract accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and track project timelines.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Assist with the development and implementation of efficient contract administration processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the construction or landscaping industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
