About the role

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in the management and administration of contracts throughout the project life-cycle. You will work closely with our Construction Managers and Project Managers to ensure all aspects pertaining to financial, commercial, contractual and compliance matters on the projects are effectively implemented on time and within budget requirements. 

About you

  • Stakeholder Management: Excel in managing diverse stakeholders - clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and team members for seamless project execution.
  • Subcontract Expertise: Adept at preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract packages, ensuring contractual compliance and project alignment.
  • Strategic Procurement Leader: Skilled in developing and maintaining procurement schedules, producing accurate payment schedules, and processing claims within contractual timelines.
  • Autonomous Team Player: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong project account management skills, including financial tracking/forecasting, compliance, and documentation management.
