Contract Administrators (Infrastructure) - Multiple Government Roles

Troocoo is working with this leading QLD Government agency spearheading the largest hospital expansion initiative. With the construction of three new hospitals, expansion of 11 existing facilities, and upgrades to rural and regional health centres, we are revolutionizing healthcare infrastructure across the state.
Roles available – 12 month temporary contracts:

• Contract Officers (AO5) - $62.67 p/hour + super (agency contractor)
• Contract Administrations (AO7) - $79.94 p/hour + super (agency contractor)

As a member of our Contracts Administration team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert contractual advice to the Government, ensuring the smooth execution of building construction and maintenance projects.

• Assisting the team in managing and resolving performance and contractual issues across the capital program.
• Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of contractor and consultant management frameworks, in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Leading the development of improved relationships and transparency between Capital Works Division and its industry partners.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices.
• Previous Government experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Relevant experience in contract management, procurement is essential
