About the role
This exciting opportunity is for an individual looking to advance their career within the commercial space and work on multiple contracts both government and private.
As part of our commercial team, the Contract Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and efficient contractual, commercial, and administrative support to key contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in contractual, commercial, and administrative matters.
- Maintain contract and tender records.
- Assist with the evaluation of tenders and other contractual documents.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and support customer requests.
- Prepare minor contract change proposals, agreements, and correspondence.
Selection Criteria
- Experience in contract administration with defence, government sectors and health advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong focus on customer relationships
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates a sound knowledge of procedures including, patient identification, sample labelling and processing
- Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times
