The Role:
An incredibly exciting 12-Month Contract for the position of Payroll Specialist (Standalone) has arisen within the team.
Whilst this role is a standalone role, you will have full & constant support from the management team as well as the wider staff.
This role requires the end-to-end management of the entire payroll process to be completed efficiently, timely, correctly, successfully & improved (if & when needed).
Some of the daily duties whilst in this role include but are not limited to:
- End-to-end Payroll Processing for the entire business
- Pay the right people the right amount at the right time.
- Dissecting, Analyzing & updating all information in relation to Superannuation, Payroll Tax, PAYG & Workers Compensation
- Keep up to date with Payroll and related industry knowledge
- Maintaining the Onboarding & Offboarding processes
- Updating & maintaining any policies & procedures regarding payroll
The Candidate:
- 5+ Years End-To-End Payroll Processing Experience
- 4+ Years Payroll Management, Payroll Analyst or Senior Payroll Officer Experience
- Skilled & Confident Excel user
- Standalone Payroll Experience (highly regarded)
- Highly Knowledgeable on Current Legislation & Regulations
- Strong knowledge of relevant EAs & Awards
- Experience managing/processing high-volume pay runs
