The Role:
Are you ready to take the helm of one of Assetlink’s significant contracts located based on the sunny Sunshine Coast? As a Contract Manager, you will be entrusted with leading several teams across 6 locations, delivering operational excellence and profitability at this esteemed educational institution. Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of planned and reactive service delivery, strategic planning, team leadership, and integrating yourself within the clients remit. This role is available for a mid April start!
What you will be doing:
Managing all aspects of delivering specialist cleaning services across 6 locations
Develop and manage business strategies to achieve profitable business outcomes for the contract
Manage the operational team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including Work Health & Safety, Company policies and procedures, quality systems and client contract requirements
Manage, coordinate and plan all activities to ensure client satisfaction and meet budgets and timeframes
Provide hands-on leadership to team members and subcontractor teams
Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, training and inspiration to your teams
Prepare reports and analysis of business achievements, opportunities and targets, including risk assessments, cost benefit and SWOT analysis
Develop new business opportunities and manage the contract to achieve sales and profit targets
Participate in regular meetings with the Client and stakeholders to report on performance related KPI's and operational matters
You will have:
Facilities management/soft services experience or a background within a service industry environment – ideal
Experience in managing multiple and complex operations; education sector an advantage
Proven experience in people management and the ability to foster creativity, innovation and teamwork
Demonstrated integrity, personal responsibility, initiative and the ability to energise, persuade and influence others
Prior experience in preparing quotations and demonstrated commercial success in growing contracts
Superior change management skills – a flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communications skills with all levels of the business verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Can-do attitude with high energy and resilience
