We are recruiting for an individual who demonstrates good leadership capability, an excellent eye for detail and good co-ordination of labour skills and resources in the Brisbane Region.
This is a hands-on full-time position with regular night and weekend attendance required at all major events.
Working as part of the Quayclean operational team, this role is responsible for supporting Quayclean’s day to day & event operations across a number of sporting venues, most notably The Gabba. This role involves managing the quality and cost-effective delivery of the contracted services to our clients, while maintaining excellent relationships, solving problems, ensuring the timely delivery of deadlines, and optimizing the profitability of the contract.
The Contracts Manager is also responsible for:- Regular engagement with key stakeholders at each venue to ensure standards & client expectations are met
- Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, projects, services provided, and upcoming events
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing event plans, projects, and services
- Responsible for rostering, time & attendance reporting, and analysis
- Managing, maintaining, and encouraging safe work practices at all times
- Responsible for conducting site audits, toolbox talks and implementing best work practices
- Striving to seek efficiencies and introduce new technologies and innovations
- Assets, stock, and storeroom management
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services provided
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation’s activities
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
The ideal candidate should have full time working rights be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen.
2 years of full-time experience as a Contract Manager or similar role is desirable
