Access the National Relay Service
- Engage with and provide advice to contract managers of funded providers under the Housing Act 2003 and Community Services Act, funding agreements, department policies, program specifications and guidelines.
- Negotiate renewal, variations and ending of contracts with funded providers.
- Support the management of provider compliance which includes day to day contact, performance review meetings, service reviews, regular reporting and complaint management.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of social housing through participation in working groups and on projects.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Participate in regional contract management telelinks, sector network meetings and conferences.
- Prepare ministerial and executive correspondence and other forms of business correspondence in a timely and professional manner, consistent with departmental guidelines.
- Maintain professional awareness and understanding of the social housing system and in the context of the broader human service response expected of the department.
- Participate in the development of contract management strategies, processes, and tools to support consistent practice, including QContracts.
- Lead and ensure you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
