The Role
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for effectively managing the client relationship from the finalisation of the sale to the commencement of construction. This includes being the primary point of contact between clients and other major areas within the Company including shire approvals, drafting/estimating, scheduling, and pre-start throughout the pre-construction process, capturing any client concerns or complaints, preparing change requests, and allocating relevant resources for resolution. This role is pivotal to ensure that final plans, pre-start variations and addenda’s are completed to meet the clients’ requirements and ensure the clients are kept informed throughout all stages of the pre-construction process.
About you
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Post-Secondary qualification in Customer Engagement or related field is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to fault find, resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office & Click Homes desirable).
- Proven time management skills and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of residential building and construction regulations and process in the Western Australian marketplace (desirable but not essential).
