About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting the Commercial Managers and Operational Contract Managers to consistently monitor, coordinate, review and evaluate all maintenance services contracts for the Shire. Duties will include:
- Assist the Commercial Managers with the management of Contractors
- Managing contract documentations, RFI’s, Payment Claims and Variations
- Reporting on contractor performance and compliance throughout the contract life cycle
- Attend contract meetings as required including taking minutes
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail orientated individual with a passion for infrastructure maintenance.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Contract Management, Procurement, or related discipline and/or significant equivalent.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, with the ability to review and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Understanding of financial reporting, including interpretation and review is required.
