AddressDowner Utilities provides end-to-end service solutions across Power, Gas, Telecommunications, Water and Wastewater, Metering Services, Power, Transmission and Renewable constructions. Due to growth and expansion, Downer Utilities is now seeking expressions of interest for a range of opportunities servicing the greater Sunshine Coast region.
THE ROLE
As a Contract Administrator you will support the Commercial Manager in providing commercial governance across programs and projects of varied scopes and sizes. To be successful in this role you will be resilient, organised, work well under pressure, and have great time management.
Some key responsibilities include;
- Assist in project forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain cashflow reports and make recommendations to management on action required.
- Ensure commercial documentation is in line with client and business requirements.
- Collate and submit head contract progress claims, invoicing and follow up on payments.
- Monitor progress to ensure the project is on schedule, within budget and is meeting performance targets.
ABOUT YOU
- Contract Administration or Project Administration experience within a large project-based organisation is preferred.
- Strong levels of judgement, discretion, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Sound working knowledge of risk management principles and application of process.
- Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
