Quality Aluminium Fabrication is recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a well established and expanding company on the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Operations Manager you will play an integral part of the team assisting with their upcoming projects.
The Role
As part of continued growth the company is now seeking to appoint a Contracts Administrator/ Projects Manager to join the team, supporting the Sales Manager and Operations Manager. This role is not your normal CA role. We are a Subcontractor not the Builder and we need help with these Contracts.
Your core skills and experience will include:
- Assisting in a variety of projects with values up to 2M
- Working collaboratively with the Project team, and Builders
- Revision of contracts from builders and ensuring SOW and our quote matches
- Negotiate contract terms with Builders ensuring all contractual obligations are maintained and administered
- Review workflow and project claims and work with admin and accountant to approve invoices
- Take responsibility for workflow forecasts and budgets ensuring all aspects of projects are accounted for
- Key relationship management with builders, sales and operations and communication throughout the build
- Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and safe guard QAF and Builder relationships and developing proactive strategies to mitigate risks
- implementing and managing new Workflow and project management software into the organisation
Experience Required -
- Experience with multi - residential and commercial projects is desired within Building companies letting out to Subcontractors is a must
- 2 - 5 years experience in contracts administration is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics and Quantity Surveying are desired but not essential
- Strong and ambitious mindset with a keen eye for progression and eagerness to learn
- Experienced working with strict deadlines and adherence to this

Office is located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. A salary package in the $80k - $120k range is available for candidate dependent on experience.
