Contract Administrator to work across projects up to $20M
Requirements:- Min 2+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- At least 5 years experience across Construction
- Solid building code knowledge and Australian standards.
- Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and/or Revit experience preferable.
- Ability to run teams and have some experience in running smaller jobs as a Project Manager.
- ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience within commercial and/or Industrial projects
- Experience in Scope of works, tenders submissions, subcontractor directions, labour and plant costs.
