We are seeking a passionate and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our GFG Projects team based within the Toowoomba Region. The successful candidate will provide the ultimate support to our project management teams to deliver diverse construction projects for works up to $20M.
To be suitable for this opportunity, applicant must demonstrate:
Practical experience in a commercial construction Contracts Administrator role, specifically with commercial projects up to $20MExperience in subcontractor management, accompanied by a strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPAAdvanced level knowledge of computerised job costing or project management software such as JobpacProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteA high degree of commercial acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed ability to build and develop positive business relationships.
