Contracts Administrator-Projects Up To $100M+- Vast Pipeline

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects run smoothly 
• This particular role will be a split between site and office
• Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting in drafting scope of works and procurement schedules
• Variations, Processing progress claims etc 

  
Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-4 years experience as a CA
• High rise residential experience
• Ideally experience with Jobpac and Procore 
• Be well presented and client facing
