About us
We are a busy automotive workshop specialising in the service and repairs of European Vehicles. We are in search for an individual to assist in the daily running of the business. The position will initially be part time and suit someone in search for work during school hours.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous admin and office duty experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, MYOB, Xero (desireable)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reporting to the manager your daily tasks will involve:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Answering and managing phone calls in a professional manner
- Data entry
- Other admin duties and general house keeping as required
